We operate with limited capacity, so pre-orders for transport through us should be made well in advance in order to ensure the availability of the vehicle at the required time. Especially the early morning transports should be ordered no later than 20:00 the night before.

The best way to ensure the availability of a car at the required time is when you are on the move as early as possible. We already know the orders of several customers several weeks before the departure time. There is no maximum limit on how early you can place an order. The orders are registered and immediately put in the calendar. The car will be selected well in advance the day before to fulfill your order, so that we can serve you well prepared and punctual.
To place an order, we recommend a browser-based mobile application. The order is only confirmed when you have received a confirmation message from the driver by phone.
The price of the transport is based on the nationwide taxi service Valopilku's consumer tax, however with regional minimum prices.
Transports include 10 minutes of free waiting time at the pick-up address. At the airport, we wait for you 45 minutes free of charge from the time your flight lands, so you don't have to worry if your flight is late.
Fixed prices are transparent, including everything from the drive to the end of the trip.
