Order and delivery terms
General
These terms of use (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms of Use”) apply to the services provided by Taksipalvelu Ville Vesa (business ID 2874958-2) and its subcontractors, under the marketing name VM Limo (hereinafter referred to together as the “Service Provider”).
By ordering the service, the customer (hereinafter referred to as the “Customer”) accepts these Terms of Use and undertakes to comply with them. We recommend that you read the Terms of Use carefully before ordering the service by phone, email or via an electronic booking system.
Description of the service
In these Terms of Use, the service refers to the passenger transport services offered by the Service Provider, which the Customer can order by phone, email or via a booking system operating on the website. The Terms of Use apply to all transport orders made in these ways.
The purpose of the Terms of Use is to determine the rights and obligations between the Service Provider and the Customer and to describe the conditions related to ordering, cancelling and paying for the service.
The Service Provider reserves the right to update the Terms of Use at any time. The Customer agrees to comply with the Terms of Use that are in effect at the time of ordering.
Ordering Transportation
The Customer can order transportation by phone, email or through the website's booking system. The order is binding when the Customer places an order for the Service.
The Customer is responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information provided. If the Customer orders the Service on behalf of another person, he must ensure that he has the right to disclose that person's information to the Service Provider. If the order is placed on behalf of an entity, the Customer must ensure that he has the right to represent that entity and bind it to these Terms of Use.
The Customer must promptly notify the Service Provider of any changes to his information that may affect the provision of the Service. The Service Provider is not responsible for problems resulting from incomplete, incorrect or outdated information.
Carrying out the transport
The Service Provider primarily aims to deliver the Customer the vehicle according to their order. If the selected vehicle is not available, the Service Provider undertakes to inform the Customer of the change without delay and to ensure that the replacement vehicle meets the agreed service level.
The Service Provider carries out all transports on order and representative trips, which means that they are based on pre-orders and are carried out with premium-class vehicles, offering first-class service. The vehicles do not use taxi lights or other external identifiers during transport. This practice guarantees the Customer an unobtrusive, high-quality and privacy-respecting travel experience.
Section 155 of the Road Traffic Act allows for deviation from the taxi light during business and representative trips, where the obligation to use the light has been agreed in advance by contract. The Service Provider's driver always carries a document from the order required by law, which verifies the exception and can be presented to the supervisory authorities if necessary.
Transportation price and payment
The Service Provider charges for the Service in accordance with the valid service price list. Prices are stated in euros (EUR) and include VAT. If the Customer has special wishes regarding transportation, the Service Provider may charge additional fees for these in accordance with its price list. The Service Provider reserves the right to change prices, but the prices agreed upon after order confirmation remain unchanged.
Transportation is primarily paid for in the vehicle after the ride. Cash and the most common bank and credit cards are accepted as payment methods. At the request of regular customers, an invoicing option can be separately agreed upon.
Cancellations, changes and exceptional situations
The Customer must make all cancellations and requests for changes to the ordered transportation either by phone or by message to +358 50 477 3777 or by email to info@vmlimo.fi.
Cancellation conditions
Less than 3 hours before the start of the transport: The Service Provider has the right to charge 50% of the order price.
Less than an hour before the start of the transport: The Service Provider has the right to charge 100% of the order price.
Exceptions: Exceptional cancellation conditions are agreed upon separately between the Service Provider and the Customer during the quotation phase.
Delayed transport
If the ordered transport does not arrive at the agreed time, the Customer must immediately contact the Service Provider's customer service at +358 50 477 3777.
Customer's failure to arrive
If the Customer does not arrive at the agreed place at the agreed time:
The Driver will try to contact the Customer by phone.
If the Customer cannot be contacted, the Driver will wait at the agreed place for 10 minutes after the agreed time before cancelling the transport.
Complaints
In all complaint situations, the Customer must contact the Service Provider's customer service as soon as possible either by phone at +358 50 477 3777
