What information can be collected about me?

- The information is processed based on the customer relationship between the customer and VM Limo or on legal obligations.
Some of the functions of the subscription platform are based on the legitimate interest of the controller so that we can provide the best possible service experience. Such functions include surveys and review requests, as well as reminders based on customer relationships. With these functions, we offer, among other things:
- We ask our customers for their opinions about our service
- Notifications about changes in services, if it has been some time since our customers last used our services
The personal data processed includes our customers' contact information for possible communication.
How is my data stored and protected?
All personal data is protected from unauthorized access and accidental or unlawful destruction, alteration, disclosure, transfer or other unlawful processing of data.
VM Limo stores customer data in the EU. The servers are protected against data breaches and denial of service attacks.
In the processing of personal data and technical solutions, we follow good data protection practices, including data consolidation, minimization, pseudonymization, anonymization and encryption. The requirements of the EU General Data Protection Regulation applicable from 25 May 2018 have been taken into account in the processing of personal data.
All access to personal data is monitored in accordance with good practices.
Who processes my personal data?
Only VM Lim's own employees have access to customer data and our staff is trained to use the data safely and ethically. Each of our staff only sees customer data to the extent that it is necessary to perform their work tasks.
We use trusted contractual partners, which means that data can be transferred to a third party. The requirements set by the EU Data Protection Regulation and other legislation have been taken into account in the agreements with all partners.

How long will my data be stored?
We will only store your personal data for the time necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this statement. In addition, some data may be stored longer to the extent that it is necessary to fulfill the obligations set by law, such as accounting responsibilities, and to demonstrate their proper implementation.
At the customer's request, personal data concerning him or her can be deleted or anonymized from VM Lim's systems. The deletion and anonymization procedure is irreversible, and we cannot restore deleted customer accounts.
For some information, legislation imposes obligations for longer-term storage of information, including for the following purposes:
- The Accounting Act defines longer retention periods for information regardless of whether the material contains personal data or not
- System log data is collected and stored as required by law so that we can provide a legal and secure ordering platform for our customers
- Taking sufficient backups of the store's databases and systems to secure information, correct errors, and ensure data security and continuity
What rights do I have?
As a customer, you have the right to:
- Access your personal data, including the right to obtain a copy of your personal data
- Request rectification or erasure of your personal data
- Request restriction of processing or object to processing of your personal data under certain conditions
You can make a request to exercise your rights by contacting our customer service. The request must be sufficiently specific to enable our customer service to verify your identity. We will inform you if we are unable to comply with your request in some respects, such as deleting all data that we are legally obliged to retain (e.g. credit information) or have the right to do so.
If you find that the processing is inadequate or unlawful, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority.

How can I influence the use of my data?
VM Limo is committed to offering its customers the opportunity to influence the processing of their data.
The customer can ask VM Limo to delete their data at any time by contacting our customer service.
Note! In some cases, not all data can be deleted and legislation may require us to retain some of the customer's data.
Will my personal data be transferred to third parties?
We may transfer some necessary data to third parties to guarantee the performance of the transport.
We also use customer data with third parties for analytics purposes. We use browsing data with partners so that we can better offer you our services. The data used for analytics and personalization purposes is anonymized or pseudonymized whenever possible. Only we can connect the pseudonymized data used with your name.
If necessary, we also disclose information to authorities. We always inform the customer about information requests, if permitted by law.
We share information with the following third parties:
- Analytics and statistics partners
- Email marketing partners, if the customer has allowed a weekly newsletter, communication based on browsing history or product review requests
- SMS partner, when we want to send confirmation messages to the customer
- Third-party transport company, if we are unable to carry out the transport ourselves
- Payment agent when paying by card
- Invoice operator, when invoicing is selected as the payment method
- Debt collection company, when invoices are due and transferred to collection
VM Limo ensures a high level of data security and protection when transferring and processing data in accordance with the EU Data Protection Regulation. The means of ensuring the level of data processing by third parties are model contractual clauses approved by the European Commission, binding corporate data protection regulations (BCR arrangement) or another approved method in accordance with the Data Protection Regulation.
Do cookies are used on the store's website and what are they?
VM Limon's website uses cookies and other similar technologies, such as local storage. Cookies are small text files between the browser of the terminal device and the server. Cookies and other identifiers have a specified validity period, after which the browser deletes the identifier. We use these technologies to implement functions, personalization and analytics.
Functional cookies and local storage are used, among other things, for customer identification, maintaining login, delivery time estimates and shopping cart functions. The use of cookies and local storage and acceptance of their use is mandatory for these functions. Functional cookies and local storage variables set by the server remain in the browser for 15 minutes to 24 months, unless they are separately deleted from the browser settings. Visiting the website will reset the cookies and local storage variables if the browser allows it.
The technologies we use for analytics, such as cookies, help us better understand our customers' behavior and tell us which services our customers are interested in. The information used is anonymized whenever possible. Otherwise, we treat the information as personal to the extent that the identifier contains customer-specific information, such as an IP address. Identifiers that can be linked to the customer in some way are also treated as personal information. The validity period of the identifiers is 30 seconds to 24 months.
We use Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google AdWords and Google Display Network for the use of our website, for sales-related analytics and, with your consent, for marketing targeting. Can this privacy policy be changed?
Due to the development of the services and changes in government regulations, we reserve the right to change the privacy policy. Registered customers will be notified of significant changes to the privacy policy when the terms are updated.
