Differences compared to larger taxi agency centers

You may have heard the words "the order at the center is backlogged and we can't get the car to you on time". When ordering transportation from a larger center, the person receiving your order does not know in advance who will be sent to serve you. instead, the search for a car starts in the vicinity a little before your departure time, when the quality of the drivers can differ greatly. With us, your order will probably be received by the same person who also handles your transport. Our drivers have long experience in the field and many of them also have experience in various representative driving tasks. I claim that through us you will get a much more consistent service.

We have found a fixed price to be easy for you and us. You always know in advance what the transport will cost. Transports include 10 minutes of free waiting time at the pick-up address. At the airport, we wait for you 45 minutes free of charge from the time your flight lands, so you don't have to worry if your flight is late. Fixed prices are transparent, including everything from the drive to the end of the trip. Our general price level, for example for airport transportation, is about 10% higher than the market leader. We promise to be worth it.

We operate with limited capacity, so pre-orders for transport through us should be made well in advance in order to ensure the availability of the vehicle at the required time. Especially the early morning transports should be ordered no later than 20:00 the night before.

The best way to ensure the availability of a car at the required time is when you are on the move as early as possible. We already know the orders of several customers several weeks before the departure time. There is no maximum limit on how early you can place an order. The orders are registered and immediately put in the calendar. The car will be selected well in advance the day before to fulfill your order, so that we can serve you well prepared and punctual.

To place an order, we recommend a browser-based mobile application. The order is only confirmed when you have received a confirmation message from the driver by phone.

In addition to cash, our cars accept bank cards, Visa Electron and Maestro cards as well as the most common international credit cards, such as Visa, American Express, Diners Club and Eurocard.

By ordering your transport through us, we promise:

• If you wish, the cab hood can be used or not used during transport. (Note! It is not possible to use public transport lanes if the hood is not used)
• Flexible service. All pickups include 10 minutes of free waiting time at the departure address, at the airport and ports we wait for you for free for 45 minutes.
• For a low-emission vehicle, our fleet meets EURO 6 emission ratings. The CO2 emission values of cars are 55g / km.
• Responsible service. We fulfill our obligations and have the necessary permits and comprehensive insurance to operate passenger services.
